While searching for free eBooks in the internet, I’ve found this free Healing Herbs eBook from HerbMentor.com very helpful. This 56 page eBook (PDF) written by Rosalee de la Forêt covers all 23 herbs in greater detail.
I’ve downloaded it through my desktop computer. After a while, I read it to discover that Rosalee included a lot of my favorite herbs such as Garlic, Ginger and Comfrey. Other herbs tackled are Astragalus, Burdock, Calendula, Catnip, Chamomile, Dandelion, Echinacea, Elder, Hawthorn, Lemon Balm, Nettle, Oats, Peppermint, Plantain, Red Clover, Slippery Elm, St. John’s Wort, Valerian, Wild Rose and Yarrow. The information here is a hundred times more valuable than the time I spent on searching the net and downloading it.
As HerbMentor.com says, this eBook is like a herbal mini-course. Check on this page to download Healing Herbs eBook and discover great recipes that accompany each herb such as making soup broth with astragalus, making dandelion coffee, and so on.
