Herbal liniments are great natural remedies that you should accessed or included in your medicine cabinet at all times. You can use them to ease pain, treat inflamed muscles, bruises, and sprains. And the good thing of this is, you can easily make them at home.

I’ve found two how to make herbal liniments recipes worth sharing. They are Basic Herbal Liniment and Kloss Liniment.
The Basic Herbal Liniment make use the healing properties of fresh or dried herbs such as arnica, black pepper, calendula, cayenne, chamomile, comfrey, echinacea, eucalyptus, ginger, goldenseal, lavender, myrrh, oregano, Oregon grape root, peppermint, rosemary, St. John’s wort, thyme and yarrow. It has an option to use menthos cyrstals and your favorite essential oils.
On the other hand, the Kloss Liniment which is useful for reducing inflammation of the muscles, cleansing wounds, and soothing insect bites make use the powerful medicinal properties of echinacea powder, organically grown Goldenseal powder (may substitute Chaparral or Oregon Grape Root), myrrh powder and cayenne powder.
